In addition, we requested that by 28 March <br />2005 a report be submitted describing the installation of MW11. <br />On 28 February 2005 we received a Workplan for Deepening Shallow Monitoring Wells prepared by <br />Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. The Workplan describes how the four "dry" monitoring wells are to be <br />overdrilled and deepened. The Workplan also states that implementation of free product removal will <br />begin "in the near future". The Workplan is hereby approved although we would like clarifaction <br />regarding implementation of free product removal activities.
