The facility is prohibited to dispose of the generated <br />wastewater in the drying system if the material is <br />determined to be hazardous. <br />8. Heavy sediments and sludges generated from the <br />recycling process must be sent to an off-site Class I <br />land disposal site. However, after May 8, 1990, those <br />heavy sediments or sludges must be in compliance with <br />the Department's treatment standards prior to being <br />disposed of in a Class I land disposal site. <br />9. Each generator of used oil is required to obtain an <br />EPA ID number. <br />10. The facility must operate an auxiliary nonelectrical <br />engine to ensure the flow of water in case of an <br />electrical power failure. <br />11. If the loads coming to the facility are used oil that <br />cannot be processed at the facility, the facility has <br />the option to transport the loads to Kiesel <br />Corporation in St. Louis, Missouri. <br />12. Any batch of finished product that is not in <br />compliance with subsection C, must be treated as used <br />oil and can be transported to Kiesel Corporation in <br />St. Louis, Missouri. <br />13. The facility is prohibited from using any of the <br />following units for any purpose other than that <br />specified in Exhibits VI -4a and VI -4b of the Operation <br />Plan, and as listed below.
