is primarily a SLIC site. -
Duncan,
this site was transferred from San Joaquin Cc LOP to the Regional Board due to the fact
that the dry cleaner VOCs release is the major contributor to the groundwater pollution.
FYI - State Board is attempting to send letters to owners. It's my understanding from
conversation with you that the site is in a trust that has no money, and the property is a
brownfield that has not been targeted by a redevelopment agency. Any additional
information would be appreciated. Thanks.
Jim
>>> Brian Newman 10/11/2006 10:27 AM >>>
FYI
Seniors
Can you please identify your respective cases, discuss them very briefly with line staff
and then let me know the status of the sites. I'm really just looking for a general "case
status" indication (in remediation, post remediation, etc) and staff estimate on whether
the case may be closeable this year (assuming the RPs get their stuff together) .
Thanks
Brian
>>> Bob Trommer 10/11/2006 10:15:19 AM >>>
As a followup to the e-mail that Ron Duff sent to you last week, I have attached a memo
with additional information about the re-implementation of the 5-Year review and an
initial list of 5-year review sites for your region. Please contact me at 916.341.5684,
or email me at BTrommer@waterboards.ca.gov if you have any questions.
2
