Z1 INC. <br /> Site History-A detailed review of the previous and current activities and uses of the site will be <br /> conducted. Present and past activity of adjacent properties and review of previous work by other <br /> i <br /> consultants and contractors will be made. The labora ory data generated from previous sampling <br /> work on the subject property will be presented along with the sampling locations, sampling <br /> methods, chain-of-custody forms and quality control procedures. This background section will <br /> be used in subsequent technical reports after this phas of the investigation is complete. <br /> Index or Location Ma - A location map showing the vicinity of the site and cultural features, <br /> nearby groundwater wells, surface water bodies and major drainages will be prepared. This map <br /> will be displayed at an appropriate scale to depict all ielevant data. <br /> Site Activity Map-A site activity or plan map indicai ing all structures, roadways, overhead <br /> power lines,topographic features, local surface drain ge, sewer systems and existing excavations <br /> will be prepared. Known and potential contaminatior sources, including existing or previous <br /> tank locations, piping runs, rock wells and leach fields will be included. The location of all <br /> existing subsurface information(cross sections, boring or well logs, logs of trenches) will be <br /> plotted on the map. The map will be of sufficient det til and scale to depict all of the pertinent <br /> data. <br /> Review of Adjacent Properties- A review of all localstate and federal databases to identify any <br /> adjoining properties reported to have contaminated soil and/or groundwater will be conducted_ <br /> These sites will be researched and pertinent data that inay affect this investigation will be <br /> reviewed and discussed. A map showing the location of significant properties with identified or <br /> potential contamination will be prepared. <br /> Quality Assurance/Quality Control - Quality control) uality assurance procedures necessary to <br /> ensure that an accurate representation of the site is obtained will be described.
