All electrical equipment in a Class I zone at the site will be explosion proof. Personnel Protection Equipment(PPE)for <br /> Level D includes: <br /> • Coveralls or comfortable cotton/polyester work clothes <br /> • Boots or heavy shoes, preferably with safety toes <br /> • Safety glasses or goggles <br /> • Hard hat if required for work activity <br /> .:; Gloves,when sampling or working on equipment <br /> Level C protection will be required when air monitoring information dictates that <br /> a higher degree of PPE is necessary and that potential for the inhalation of airbor:e <br /> contaminants exists at levels of approximately 50 ppm TPH in ambient air in the <br /> work arca.
