7. Response to EPA Comment No. 6 (January 7, 1999) : Table 2-2, Well <br /> LM070C. <br /> This concern has not been addressed despite the response to <br /> this comment. Figure 3-2A has not been corrected to show that well TWO13C <br /> should be EW013C. <br /> 8. Response to EPA Comment No. 8 (January 7, 1999) : Table B-2, Well <br /> LM097AU. <br /> This concern has not been fully addressed. Table B-2 still <br /> needs to be revised to explain why simazine and dioxin/furans were deleted <br /> from the monitoring program. <br /> 9. Response to EPA Comment No. 9 (January 7, 1999) : Table B-2, Well <br /> LM163A. <br /> This concern has not been addressed. The sampling rationale <br /> for quarterly sampling is not presented, and in fact, this well has been <br /> deleted without explanation. <br /> 10. Response to EPA Comment No. 10 (January 7, 1999) : Table B-2, Wells <br /> LM166AU and LM167AU. <br /> This concern has not been addressed. Per the January 23, <br /> 1999 conference call, the regulatory agencies requested that Table B-2 show <br /> in the "sampling frequency rationale" column for these two well, an <br /> acknowledgement that sampling for dioxins/furans may be required by the <br /> agencies during the five year review. Please revise Table B-2 to reflect <br /> this understanding. <br /> 2 <br />
