We <br /> have reviewed the Draft Final ROD and have found that DDRW, Tracy has responded to all of our <br /> comments on the draft version of this document. During the past month, there have been intense <br /> negotiations with all the parties regarding State Applicable or Relevant and Appropriate <br /> Requirements (ARARs). We believe an acceptable resolution of ARARs has been achieved and <br /> understand that the Draft Final ROD will be modified to reflect our agreements. <br /> Considering that DDRW, Tracy will make the changes as agreed, we approve the Draft Final OU-1 <br /> ROD.
