MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -2- <br /> DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION REGION WEST TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> PERFORMANCE MONITORING WELLS: <br /> The monitoring wells for the ground water injection system (MW6, MW7, MW8, MW9, <br /> and MW10) shall be monitored during the injection of the potable water as <br /> follows: <br /> Type of Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Sample Frequency <br /> Water Level ft. MSL Meter Continuous <br /> PROVE-OUT OF SYSTEM PHASE MONITORING <br /> The objectives of this phase are to characterize the influent stream, determine <br /> the treatment efficiencies of the air stripper, determine the extraction <br /> characteristics of the extraction wells, and optimize the capture zone of the <br /> extraction field. <br /> AIR STRIPPER MONITORING: <br /> The air stripper monitoring program shall consist of the sampling of both the <br /> influent and the effluent waste streams per the following schedule. Influent <br /> samples shall be collected from the inlet sampling port of the air stripper <br /> facility. Effluent samples shall be collected from the sampling port at the base <br /> of the air stripper sump.
