As noted in the memorandum, this task should be done by 1 June <br /> 1989. To verify that this task has been completed, SPPL is requested to <br /> submit a letter report describing the sampling procedures and containing chain <br /> of custody documentation no later than 10 June 1989. Sampling results should <br /> be sent to the Board upon SPPL's receipt. <br /> The time schedule contained in this memorandum is our interpretation of the <br /> one agreed upon by SPPL at the 3 May meeting. If you disagree, contact us <br /> immediately.
