The reports will include tabulated monthly operations summary sheets with sparge flow rates, <br /> and system status and hours of operation. Any troubleshooting and/or evaluation activities will also be <br /> noted on the summary sheets. Additionally, progress toward closure will be reported along with potential <br /> changes, modifications, or other significant information which may affect sparge system operations.
