• • At this time we would also like to request that well construction permits be issued for construction of two additional monitor wells, W-25N-08 and W-25N-09, the proposed locations of which are shown on the attached figure. The wells will be located on property owned by the Connolly Ranch, Inc. and will be drilled by P. C. Exploration. Geologic logging of the boreholes will be done by Lindee Glick of Weiss Associates. These wells will be constructed using the same techniques as shown on the attached well logs. Prior to installation of the annular seal for these wells we will call you so that you may watch the completion of these seals. The permit application fee of$60.00 is also enclosed. These monitor wells are being installed as part of an environmental investigation being conducted at LLNL Site 300 and adjacent property under the oversight of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board- Central Valley Region. LLNL has permission from both the Connolly Ranch, Inc. and E &J Gallo Winery to install monitor wells on their property. I am sure that this information will satisfy the County's requirements that ground water monitor wells be adequately constructed.
