The informa- <br /> tion and cap design modifications presented in the letter and the data included <br /> in the Closure Plan adequately address the high explosives lagoons' closures. <br /> The first paragraph onY <br /> Pfive e a9 fiof our letter states that staff have been <br /> modifying the drawings to reflect the cap design changes and that you would send <br /> them to me when they were complete.
