We have retained V&W Drilling to remove KF-1, KF-2, KF-3, and KF-5.
The drill cuttings will be placed in a 55-gallon drum and disposed of at a licensed disposal
facility. The other three wells have not been impacted, and they will be abandoned in place by
pressure grout.
We have enclosed a drilling permit application and the required $60 permit fee for each parcel,
along with a signed letter from the owner of the property where KF-7 is located (2071 Country
Club Boulevard).
If acceptable, we would like to perform this work in the middle of December so that we can close
the Kwikee Foods account by the end of the year.
We look forward to your reply.
Sinferely,,
Victor B.
