The report for this phase is to be in the context of a site <br /> conceptual model utilizing ALL previous soil and ground water data for a <br /> complete comprehensive understanding of the site contamination mass, <br /> impact, and migration potential. <br /> You are hereby directed to submit the ground water data collected since <br /> September 1, 2001 to Geotracker immediately. In addition, the latitude, <br /> longitude, and elevation data for each well must be surveyed using a global <br /> positioning system and that data, along with a site map, must be <br /> transmitted to Geotracker. Also, all future sample results must be <br /> submitted to Geotracker. <br /> Please be advised that responsible parties (RP) are to be in compliance with <br /> directives issued by EHD in order for the site/RP to become or remain eligible to <br /> receive reimbursement from the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) <br /> Clean Up Fund (CUF) for investigative and remedial actions.
