17 November 2006 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 01-0865 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br /> ETBE of 15 µg/1, and TAME of 17 µg/1. <br /> • The sample collected from between the first and second granular activated carbon (GAC) <br /> vessel(GAC-1)reported a TPH-g concentration of 200 µg/1,MTBE of 24 µg/1 and TBA of <br /> 5,000 µg/l. <br /> • The sample collected from between the second and third GAC vessel (GAC-2) reported a <br /> TPH-g concentration of 220 µg/1 and TBA concentration of 6,300 µg/1. <br /> • The sample collected from between the third and fourth GAC vessel (GAC-3) reported a <br /> TBA concentration of 3,000 41. <br /> • The sample collected from the fourth GAC vessel (Effluent-W) reported a TBA <br /> concentration of 1,200 µg/l. <br /> On 14 November 2006, AGE re-sampled the influent, each vessel and effluent ports for: <br /> • TPH-g in accordance with EPA Method 8015 Modified; <br /> • BTEX) and the fuel additives MTBE, DIPS, ETBE, TAME, and TBA by EPA Method <br /> 8260B. <br /> On 16 November 2006, AGE received the results of the 14 November 2006 sampling event: <br /> • The sample collected from the influent sample(Influent-W)reported a TPH-g concentration <br /> of 150 µg/1,MTBE of 150 µg/1,TBA of 4,500µg/1,ETBE of 14µg/1,and TAME of 18 µg/1. <br /> • The sample collected from between the first and second GAC vessel (GAC-1) reported <br /> TPH-g at 170 gg/1, MTBE at 21 µg/I and TBA at 4,900 µg/1. <br /> • The sample collected from between the second and third GAC vessel (GAC-2) reported <br /> TPH-g at 230 µg/1 and TBA at 7,000 µg/1. <br /> • The sample collected from between the third and fourth GAC vessel(GAC-3)reported TBA <br /> at 3,100 µg/1. <br /> • The sample collected from the fourth GAC vessel(Effluent-W)reported TBA at 1,100µg/1. <br /> No other constituents of concern were reported in the samples collected on 01 and 14 November <br /> 2006. <br /> On 16 November 2006, AGE sampled discharge points at R-2 and directly below the point of <br /> discharge pipe for TBA in accordance with EPA Method 826011;discharge point R-1 was dry.TBA <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
