T <br /> f <br /> 6.3 Work Zones <br /> The operational history of the site indicates';aI low potential for elevated OVA readings; <br /> therefore, Level D PPE will likely be appropriate during soil remediation activities. Two <br /> zones will be established: an exclusion zone (work area) and the surrounding support <br /> zone. If air monitoring results indicate that an upgrade to Level C is necessary, a <br /> decontamination zone will be established. The buddy system will be used at all times. <br /> Flagging and barricades will be placed to prohibit the entry of all unauthorized personnel <br /> to the exclusion zone. The specified level :of protection will be worn in the exclusion <br /> zone at all times, and decontamination will be'lcompleted before exiting the zone. <br /> i <br /> 6.4 Site Visitors <br />` Site access will be restricted as follows: <br /> s ❑ Site visitors entering the exclusion zone will be strictly limited. The project <br /> manager or HSO must approve entry.
