A 20-year inspection cycle for the double <br /> walled ASTs is in effect. <br /> Records of certified tank inspections are kept at the Facility for at least three years, unless <br /> otherwise specified. Shell test comparison records are retained for the life of the tanks. <br /> Table 9 summarizes inspections and tests performed on ASTs. <br /> 5.2.7. Heating Coils - 40 CFR 112.8(c)(7) <br /> This section is not applicable since there are no ASTs equipped with heating coils at this <br /> Facility. <br /> 5.2.8. Overfill Prevention Systems - 40 CFR 112.8(c)(8) <br /> ASTs are observed utilizing automatic shut-off devices provide overfill prevention for <br /> ASTs. All Facility tanker trailer loading and unloading operations are performed solely by <br /> facility personnel trained in proper discharge prevention procedures. Storage drums are <br /> not refilled, and therefore overfill prevention systems do not apply. ASTs equipped with <br /> liquid level sensing devices are tested on a monthly basis during the monthly inspection <br /> of the Facility, following manufacturer recommendations.
