All personnel shall have completed at least 40 hours of basic health and safety <br /> training as specified in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Hazardous Waste <br /> Operations and Emergency Response Standard (29 CFR 1910.120) and 8-hour refresher training <br /> annually. Copies of applicable certificates are located in the CERTIFICATION section of the HASP <br /> binder. <br /> All personnel will have site specific/job specific training prior to commencing work at the site as well <br /> as a written description of duties and responsibilities. <br /> In depth Universal Waste Management training will be provided annually as an extension of UWM <br /> training included in the 40 Hour HAZWOPER Standard.
