Also provided in Appendix A is the final report from <br /> our subcontractor, Advanced GeoEnvironmental(AGE). The location of the site is shown in Figure <br /> ' 1. Figure 2 is a boring location map showing total petroleum hydrocarbon(TPH) concentrations and <br /> Figure 3 shows the specific locations of the borings installed by AGE. <br /> ' Please note that the boring designations and locations differ slightly from the map provided in our <br /> previous preliminary report due to changes made in the field by AGE. <br /> 1 DESCRIPTION OF TASKS PERFORMED <br /> ' Phase I ESA activities consisted of reviewing readily available environmental site database reports, <br /> researching previous site uses, and conducting a reconnaissance environmental assessment of the site <br /> and vicinity. Copies of environmental site database reports and historical tenant reports are provided <br /> in Appendix B. <br /> Phase II ESA activities consisted of collecting soil samples for environmental laboratory analyses <br /> ' from five soil borings(B-1 through B-5); locations of these borings are shown on the attached Figure <br /> 3. Prior to installing these borings, a boring permit was obtained from the San Joaquin County, <br /> ' Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD); permit documents are provided <br /> in Appendix C.
