Page 3 <br /> Soil Bonng Installation Work Plan <br /> Cutter Lumber Site <br /> 3422 S El Dorado,Stockton <br /> Project No 443 2 <br /> INovember 3, 1995 <br /> On behalf of the Bank of Stockton, Geological Technics has conducted a review of <br /> public files in order to gain a better understanding of the past use of the Property <br />' The sources of information which were searched include the following: <br /> SOURCE DATA <br /> State of California <br /> Dept of Water Resources Domestic Well Data <br /> 1 <br /> San Joaquin County <br />' PHS/EHD Tank and Mitigation Files <br /> Assessor Building Files <br /> OES Business Plan <br />' Surveyor Aerial Photographs <br /> City of Stockton <br /> Fire Department Tank Permits <br /> Library Sanborn Maps & City <br /> Directory <br /> Cutter Lumber <br /> Photograph & Interview <br /> I <br /> No information was found pertaining to the domestic water well, but valuable <br />' historical information was found on airmail photos, the County Assessor's Records, <br /> and from Otter Lumber The following summarizes the significant facts gathered to <br /> date of the background review: <br />' 1. Neither the State or the County has any record pertaining to the domestic water <br /> well except for the sampling which has been conducted by Geological Technics. <br />' 2. There are notations dated May 11, 1950 and September 29 1969 in the Assessor's <br /> Y P , <br />' records that indicate the former existence of a pump island and two 1,000 gallon <br /> tanks One of the tanks was an AST and the other was a UST These tanks are <br /> indicated to be in the vicinity of a 12 x 20 foot building called the "oil supply" <br />' building. There is a vague suggestion the tanks were installed in 1949 There is <br /> also a notation regarding an unused pump and tank <br /> I <br />
