Then, tighten the bolts to 72 inch pounds torque <br /> t I i 9 6 13 incrementally in a pattern that exerts even pressure until a seal is <br /> obtained. Note: On 42"risers, the fender washers go on top of the <br /> flange and standard washers go underneath the flange. <br /> Step Three <br /> \ Take the plastic lid mounting nut and find the groove in the back(flat <br /> side). Next, locate the raised vertical line on the riser(as shown)and <br /> use the groove to find the proper location for the lid mounting nut. <br /> a <br /> a <br /> i <br /> Step Four <br /> Use a 9/64"drill bit to drill pilot holes in the sump using the plastic nut <br /> as a drill template. (Be careful to maintain alignment of the nut while <br /> drilling.)Note:After drilling the firstho/e,temporarilyputa bolt in place <br /> to maintain alignment for the second hole. <br /> 0 <br />
