DCE still <br /> undefined plume(s). <br /> December 22, 1993 Vapor extraction system was turned off, due to concern of San Joaquin <br /> County field inspector the VES may be influencing Lincoln Village <br /> solvent plume. <br /> December 30, 1993 Letter from San Joaquin County clarifying that the communications <br /> between the field inspector for the county and WEGE technician was <br /> misconstrued and at our earliest convenience, re-start the VES.
