Mr. Marty Hartzell of the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region(CRWQCB-CVR) stated the following concerns: <br /> • The lateral and vertical extent of groundwater contamination has not been defined; <br /> • The groundwater has not been monitored for all fuel oxygenates and fuel additives; <br />{ • The status of a domestic water supply well southeast of the site has not been determined;and <br /> • The quarterly groundwater monitoring has not been conducted since January 1999. <br /> The following workplan has been developed to define the lateral and vertical extent of groundwater <br /> contamination east (downgradient) of MW12.
