d. Minimization of D1sruptlom Contractor shall provide Owner with three <br /> (3) days` prior v%-ntten notice of the proposed location of any Permitted Work and shall endeavor <br /> to minimize any and all disruption to Owriei's use and enjoyment of the Property and to tenant's <br /> and subtenant's use and enjoyment of the Property <br /> e. Access to Property Owner and its respectiNe agents, lessees, employees <br /> and representatives shall provide Contractor and Contractor's designated agents, employees and <br /> independent contractors with reasonable access to the Property at all times during the term of this <br /> Agreement, as defined under Paragraph 2(c) above, upon twenty-four(24) hours' advance wntten <br /> notice for the purpose and to the extent necessary to conduct and perform the Permitted Work. <br /> f Vehicle Access Contractor and its employees, agents, consultants and <br /> designated representatives may bring such equipment and vehicles only to the Property as are <br /> necessary for efficient performance of the acti--ities described above To the best of its ability, <br /> Contractor shall confine its on-site activities to the areas immediately surrounding the location <br /> identified under Paragraph 2(d) above Where reasonably necessary, Contractor may conduct <br /> activities permitted under this license outside of such area, which shall not constitute a violation <br /> of this Agreement <br /> This license includes the right of entry and egress upon the Property, provided such entry <br /> and egress is necessary to accomplish the purposes described above. <br /> g No Owvnership Acquired Contractor does not acquire title or any other <br /> interest in the Property by means of this grant of permission and consent to enter the Property <br /> during the term of this Agreement to enter, or any renewal thereof. <br /> h Repair and Replacement Contractor shall repair at Contractor's sole cost <br /> and expense any damage to the Property caused by the entry on the Property by Contractor or <br /> Contractor's agents, employees. representatives or independent contractors Such repairs and <br /> replacements, when not a serious hindrance to ongoing work, shall be made on an as-needed and <br /> ongoing basis during the Permitted Work, and all repairs and repairs and replacements with <br /> respect to any damage to the Property that cannot be completed on an as-needed and ongoing <br /> basis during the Permitted Work shall be made within thirty(30) days after the date upon which <br /> Contractor ceased its operations upon the Property. <br /> dvrrtmFahn/cWck canNut to cnlrr real property <br />
