Neither the maintenance nor the amount of any such public liability insurance shall be <br /> construed to limit in any way Contractor's obligations under any indemnity or hold harmless <br /> agreement set forth in this Agreement <br /> 7 MECHANICS' LIENS. <br /> a. Paiment Except as provided in subsection (d) hereunder, Contractor <br /> shall pay when due, all claims for labor and materials furnished or alleged to have been furnished <br /> to or for Contractor at or for use on the Property, which claims are or may be secured by any <br /> mechanics' or materialmen's liens against the Property or any interest therein <br /> b. Nonce of Commencement of boric Contractor shall give Owner not less <br /> than three (3) days' written notice prior to the commencement of any work on the Property <br /> c Notice ofRfon-Responubthty Owner shall have the right to post and <br /> maintain notices of non-responsibility on the Property, as provided by law. <br /> d Removal of Lien. Nothing herein shall prevent Contractor in good faith <br /> from contesting the validity or amount of any lien, claim or demand, provided that, in the case of <br /> a mechanics' or materialmen's lien, Contractor obtains and records, at its sole cost, an appropriate <br /> bond as provided by law to remove the record lien created thereby <br /> S INDEMNIFICATION Contractor agrees to indemnify, defend protect and hold <br /> harmless Owner, and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, partners, <br /> any successors or successors to Owner's interest in the Property, any future owners of the <br /> Property to whom this Agreement is assigned and any beneficiaries of any deeds of trust that may <br /> now or at any time to the future encumber the Property (collectively, "indemnitees") from and <br /> against <br /> (a) ,Any and all reasonable claims, losses,actions, causes of action, <br /> liabilities and expenses for death, personal injury, property damage or business interruption <br /> arising out of the Contractor's Permitted Work,pro-vided, however, that such clauns, losses, <br /> actions, causes of action, liabilities and expenses,do not arise out of or result from Owner's or <br /> any of Owner's lessee's negligent or intentional wrongdoing or omission. <br /> 4 <br /> dwrett/rihn/sock tonttin to enter teal properly <br />
