i <br /> materials work for constituents to be analyzed for. The samples <br /> shall be handled according to the "chain of custody" requirements <br /> specified in the DEE guidelines. In addition, any necessary <br /> duplicate samples, trip blanks, or other "Quality <br /> Assurance/Quality Control" measures required by the guidelines <br /> shall be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH-gasoline) , <br /> Benzene, Toluene, Ethelbenzene, and any other components that .may <br /> be necessary under county and state guidelines. Detection limits <br /> as required by DEH. <br /> TASK # 5 REPORT PREPARATION <br /> A- Prepare a technical report which documents the above <br /> activities and analyzes and discusses the data collected, <br /> Integrates this data with previously generated data for the site <br /> and send four copies to WILLIAM R. STEWART for forwarding to LRA <br /> and the state. The report shall include an executive summary of <br /> investigation activities and results, a tabulation of all soil <br /> and groundwater data, graphical representation of the geologic <br /> and chemical results, laboratory data sheets, and any <br /> recommendations for further work if the data warrants it. The <br /> report will be endorsed by the licensed professional responsible <br /> for the work. <br /> B- Prepare quarterly groundwater monitoring reports that include <br /> the ground water chemistry data and the quarterly groundwater <br /> level measurements and groundwater gradient calculations. These <br /> reports should follow the same guidelines as listed in (A) above. <br /> C- Meet with DEE personnel at least once if required, to discuss <br /> any report deficiencies. Consultant shall correct any report <br /> deficiencies and submit a revised report to the DEH for review. <br /> BIDDING REQUIREMENTS <br /> Prospective consultants must be agreeable to, or meet, the <br /> following specifications-- <br /> 1- The consultant must have at least five years experience <br /> conducting underground storage tank corrective action work in <br /> California. A statement of qualifications attesting to such must <br /> be submitted. <br /> 2- It is preferred but not required, that the consultant have an <br /> office within 100 miles of the corrective action site, <br /> 3 <br />
