Ms.Jolley reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Ms. Jolley informed the applicants that instead of having an acoustical study done or moving the <br /> building,the Community Department Department could condition the project so it reads that <br /> there will not be any outdoor activities within 150 feet from the property line. Mr. Darrow <br /> reviewed the Building Code Requirements. <br /> Ms. Jolley indicated that she would like to know what kind of mitigation measure that the <br /> applicants would like to use regarding the loss of agricultural land prior to the Planning <br /> Commission hearing. <br /> Ms.Jolley asked the Committee to read through the Department of Toxic Substances Control <br /> letter dated March 19,2002. Mr. Borges indicated that he would contact the Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control and see if he could get a response and some direction. <br />
