;t> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. j. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All Stora.ge materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. (2) A grading plan shall be submitted, and it shall be approved and issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filing of earth material. (3) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). B. Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R.,Title 24). ' C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed %inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). D.
