The Special <br /> Purpose Plan envisions continued infill of the south- <br /> western portion with manufacturing, <br /> rl warehouse/distribution,and possibly R & D uses. A <br /> railroad spur enters the area from the west. <br /> The northern portion of the area,adjacent to the Key Map <br /> flight tower and runway,contains numerous small <br /> airport uses. The potential development of this <br /> area could include upgrading the facilities for the <br /> airport support services as well as new air cargo <br /> and airport related uses.
