Airport West-This area of approximately 40 acres contains a one mile strip of land along
Airport Way,extending from the Air Metro Park to the intersection of the Airport Way and
FArch-Airport Road. The northern portion of this area contains approximately 5 acres of
developable land and is home to the Alex G. Spanos Corporate Jet Center.
The remainder of the area contains streetscape frontage along Airport Way and is included to
F insure a comprehensive, continuous character for the entire Airport property.
The northern development area is within the Airport Related Use Zone. Potential uses for this
I : area include expansion of the jet center or other airport related uses.
fThe remainder of this area is envisioned to provide land for future expansion of the existing
Fairport terminal and parking.
Each of the above development areas has been allocated development intensity that corresponds to
the land uses within those areas. Similar to the previous Airport Master Plan, the development
intensities form the basis for calculating traffic, water and sewer demands, etc., from the project.
Table A illustrates the proposed development intensities from each of the Special Purpose Plan
development areas.
F
Table A-Proposed Development Intensities for Special Purpose Plan
f
ArealLand Use Size/Intensity
F; A.
