Impacts to Old Weber Slough and seasonal pool <br /> habitat have been previously addressed in conjunction with the Airport Master Plan <br /> project. Refer to"b"above. <br /> Airport Master Plan Mitigation: <br /> Mitigation Measure VW-2: Create seasonal pool replacement habitat on the project <br /> site or participate in offsite habitat creation and preservation.- <br /> E d) Interfere substantially with the movement of any native resident or migratory <br /> FS fish or wildlife species or with established native resident or migratory wildlife <br /> corridors,or impede the use of native wildlife nursery sites? <br /> Less than significant impact. Impacts to wildlife habitat have been previously <br /> F addressed in the Airport Master Plan,Arch Road/SR-99 Interchange, and Qantas <br /> Lane Extension projects. The Delta smelt and Sacramento splittail cannot migrate <br /> up into the project area due to barriers in Weber Slough. No other wildlife migratory <br /> Ftissues affect the airport site. <br /> e) Conflict with any local policies or ordinances protecting biological resources, <br /> Fisuch as a tree preservation policy or ordinance? <br /> Less than significant impact. Impacts to oak trees and associated mitigation have <br /> been previously addressed in the Airport Master Plan project. <br /> 4 <br /> Airport Master Plan Mitigation: <br /> F. Mitigation Measure VW-3: Compensate for removal of oak trees. <br /> f) Conflict with the provisions of an adopted Habitat Conservation Plan,Natural <br /> Community Conservation Plan,or other approved local, regional,or state <br /> habitat conservation plan? <br /> No impact. The proposed project will not conflict with any such plans. San Joaquin <br /> F <br /> County Multi-Species Conservation and Open Space Preservation Plan(MSCOSPP) <br /> is nearing final adoption. The SPP is consistent with the policies and mitigation <br /> requirements included in the interim and proposed Final MSCOSPP. <br /> FV. Cultural Resources: <br /> Would the project: <br /> a) Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical resource as <br /> defined in §15064.5? <br /> h Less than significant impact. Impacts to historic resources known to exist in the area <br /> have been addressed in the Airport Master Plan project. Resources that previously <br /> Fexisted were subject to Section 106 Clearance and have been completely mitigated. <br /> h) Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of an archaeological <br /> resource pursuant to §15064.5? <br /> Less than significant impact. In one location(near Old Weber Slough), existing <br /> resources were mitigated in conjunction with Section 106 Clearance.
