Wastewater generated by the uses in the SPP have been planned in <br /> accordance with a Sanitary Sewer Master Plan prepared for the SPP. The plan will <br /> implement a sewage collection system on site for ultimate disposal into the City's <br /> wastewater treatment facilities. <br /> VII. Hazards and Hazardous Materials: <br /> Would theec . <br /> J ro' <br /> P t• <br /> a) Create a significant hazard to the public or the environment through the <br /> routine transport,use,or disposal of hazardous materials? <br /> Less than significant impact. The use of hazardous materials at the project site <br /> would be regulated, as discussed in the Airport Master Plan EIR. For businesses that <br /> use or store hazardous materials, a Hazardous Materials Management Plan must be <br /> F, filed with the State Office of Emergency Services. <br /> 1 ' <br /> b) Create a significant hazard to the public or the environment through <br /> reasonably foreseeable upset and accident conditions involving the release of <br /> E <br /> F hazardous materials into the environment? <br /> Less than significant impact. With the governmental regulations imposed on the use <br /> of hazardous materials handling, upset conditions are not expected. Accordingly, <br /> neither the public nor the environment will be exposed to significant hazards. <br /> C) Emit hazardous emissions or handle hazardous or acutely hazardous materials, <br /> F substances,or waste within one-quarter mile of an existing or proposed school? <br /> No impact. The proposed project is not located within one-quarter mile of an <br /> existing or proposed school. Land uses proposed in the project vicinity are largely <br /> industrial and agricultural, with some rural residential uses. Activities associated <br /> with the SPP are not expected to expose any occupied uses to risks associated with <br /> 1 hazardous materials or emissions. <br /> t <br /> d) Be located on a site which is included on a list of hazardous materials sites <br /> I compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 and,as a result,would <br /> it create a significant hazard to the public or the environment? <br /> No impact. The proposed project is not included on a list of hazardous materials <br /> a <br /> sites that would result in a significant hazard to the public or the environment. <br /> e) For a project located within an airport land use plan or,where such a plan has <br /> not been adopted,within two miles of a public airport or public use airport, <br /> ' would the project result in a safety hazard for people residing or working in the <br /> project area? <br /> No impact. The proposed project will not result in a safety hazard for people <br /> residing or working in the project area.
