Changes to land use designations and zoning proposed <br /> under the proposed project would be adopted. Under this alterative,development on the Airport East <br /> property and airport operations would be limited to the amount anticipated under the proposed <br /> project for the year 2005. This alternative would not accommodate the anticipated growth in <br /> l passenger service,projected in the Master flan,beyond 2005. In summary,there would be up to one <br /> million enplaned passengers per year accommodated in the existing terminal and 100 acres of new <br /> commercial and industrial development(as opposed to 312 acres under the proposed project) in the <br /> Airport East property.
