1 <br /> Draft Supplemental Fnvironmental Impact Repan <br /> Forward Landfill Expansion <br /> October 22, 2018 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department is the Local Enforcement Agency <br /> (LEA)for San Joaquin County and responsible for providing regulatory oversight of solid waste <br /> handling activities, including inspections. The Solid Waste Facilities Permit will need to be <br /> 0 revised including updated Preliminary Closure Postclosure Maintenance Plans and Non-Water <br /> Corrective Action Plan. A Statement of Overriding Considerations should also be submitted <br /> (cont.) upon application for the permit revision.
