The accessible spaces shall -be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (Four spaces are required for every 1,000 <br /> feet of building area. Two spaces are required for every 3 employees.) (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> f. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. The space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in <br /> length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways <br /> and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of the loading space as long as maneuvering areas for <br /> delivery vehicles are provided. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following!. <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate rights-of-way widths of <br /> Star Street, Banner Street, and State Route 12, shall be installed across the frontage of the <br /> project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped, (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage.
