It is the intention of this Work Plan Addendum to propose techniques and
methodology that will offer site specific data in order to better qualify the risk at this site.
To further investigate the extent of gasoline range petroleum hydrocarbons in the
groundwater, Geological Technics Inc. proposes to:
j • Drill 5 soil borings, to be completed as monitoring wells, and collect soil samples from
each.
• Test selected soil samples for geotechnical parameters to evaluate fate and transport
considerations.
• Install four shallow groundwater monitoring wells screened across the water table in the
C down gradient and cross gradient directions.
• Install one deeper screened groundwater monitoring well in an effort to complete vertical
C extent of groundwater contamination.
• Continue routine groundwater monitoring that will include measuring additional
parameters to evaluate the plume stability.
• Perform a receptor survey to include identifying all wells in a 1000 ft radius and
evaluating their construction, use,and pumping history.
The results of the investigation to date are summarized in this document (Summary Tables-
Appendix A). All of the data will be integrated and reported together once this proposed
C scope of work has been completed.
e
Li
