COMMUNCIY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Kerry Sullivan, 468-3140) <br /> a BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an•Application-Commercial Building Permit.• The Site Plan <br /> required as part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer <br /> or licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details.(including <br /> gates), on-site Parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utilitl services, and <br /> grading (refer to the•Site Plan Check Lista for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan <br /> revieww. (Development Tale Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a fuel island and one new monument signas <br /> shown on the Plan submitted January 15, 1997. ' <br /> C. LIGHTING: Any lighting shall be designed to cofine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. It the existing driveway on Grigsby Place is relocated, an easement shall be provided for <br /> access from the new driveway to the water tower. <br /> a <br /> 'i <br /> f.
