Ei <br /> QUALIFICATIONS <br /> Y SOLANO COUNTY- SMARA CONTRACT <br /> STAFF <br /> PMC as contract staff reviewed numerous environmental documents for new and existing <br /> mining operations within Sofano County, including ISs, MNDs, prepared project staff <br /> reports,' annual mine inspections, financial assurance reviews and mitigation monitoring <br /> programs pursuant to SMARA and Solano County ordinances. <br /> i <br /> 6 j I <br /> YUBA COUNTY STAFF SERVICES - TEICHERT MARYSVILLE AGGREGATE MINE <br /> PMC is under contract to Yuba County to provide on-going contract planning and I <br /> environmental services for a diverse range of projects: Planning assignments in Yuba <br /> County`staffed by PMC employees range from permit processing to project management of <br /> Fmajor application submittals, including the expansion of the Teichert Marysville aggregate <br /> mine. PMC staff are currently processing this application from initial review through to <br /> hearings. Specific planning - tasks include review for application completeness, <br /> corresponding with Teichert representatives, ensuring compliance with the Surface Mining <br /> and Reclamation Act, preparing staff reports and analysis, coordinating noticing and other j <br /> County procedures, participating in.necessary meetings and hearings. PMC staff will also , <br /> provide environmental services to Yuba County in its role as lead agency and are preparing <br /> and filing public notices and preparing the administrative record in compliance with CEQA <br /> proceedures.
