i A' <br /> QUAW'CAT1rrNS <br /> FJ CITY OF TRACY—CONTRACT STAFF ASSISTANCE <br /> PMC's long-standing relationship with the City of Tracy has evolved to incorporate all <br /> aspects of contract planning and environmental services. PMC staff currently serve as interim <br /> T Community Development Director and Associate Planner in support of the City's full time <br /> staff. These positions handle special projects, implementation of the Urban Management <br /> Plan, design review and staff reports under direction from the City Manager and Senior <br /> I Planner. <br /> PMC staff served as Interim Planning Manager of the City's Development and Engineering <br /> F1 Services Department. Duties included coordination of all current planning functions with <br /> planning.staff and the DES Director, review and preparation of staff reports, and presentation <br /> + of reports and related matters at Planning Commission and City Council meetings. The work <br /> �J tasks also included conducting special research projects and assisting the City Attorney and <br /> City Manager and special projects. . <br /> EAST ALTAMONT ENERGY CENTER, ALAMEDA COUNTY, SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY i <br /> Biological issues included habitat loss and degradation impacting San Joaquin kit fox, <br /> California red-legged frog, California tiger salamander, Swainson's hawk, and burrowing owl <br /> as well as potential impacts of freshwater diversions to Delta fish. <br /> 1-; <br /> CITY OF CERES <br /> 1 <br /> PMC is working with the City of Ceres to build a more effective and useful website.
