These include roadway design and traffic engineering projects in California, Nevada and <br /> Oregon. Mr.Meeker's background is comprised of both public sector and private industry experience. <br /> In the area of Roadway Design, Mr. Hecker has served as project manger, project engineer and design <br /> enginecr on various roadway and freeway projects. These projects have included roadway extensions, <br /> roadway widenings, temporary roadways and new roadways. Some of the projects he has participated <br /> directly in include the S Street Widening in Beaverton, OR, Valley Avenue Extension in Pleasanton, I- <br /> 580/Washington Avenue Ramp Modifications in San Leandro,Lower Sacramento Rd widening in Stockton <br /> and the Central Avenue Overcrossing in Fremont. His background also includes the preparation of Project <br /> Study Reports and Project Reports for Caltrans facilities. <br /> FiMr. Flecker also has a diverse background in the preparation of Traffic Signal Timing Plans. He has <br /> developed plans for various agencies including Davis, CA and Beaverton, Oregon. These have included <br /> timing plans for individual intersections and coordinated plans for arterial roadway signal systems. He has <br /> F1 developed Construction Traffic Control Plans, and has designed Traffic Signal, Ramp Metering, <br /> Flashing Beacon and Safety Lighting Systems for over 106 locations in California and Oregon. As the r <br /> former City Traffic Engineer in Davis, District Traffic Engineer for the City of Portland and Project <br /> Engineer in Beaverton, Oregon, he routinely conducted Traffic Safety and Operational Studies for <br /> various roadways throughout these cities. <br /> F1 <br /> 1 <br />
