d. A yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. The application shall be submitted within five weeks of the application's effective date. Y } e. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. The well must meet f. the following minimum standards within five weeks of the application's effective date: (1) Water quality shall be tested to meet Title 22, CCR, Safe Drinking Water Act requirements. (2) Water quantity shall be tested to show an adequate source. ® f. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100). Raise the well casing + 12 inches above ground level. The repair shall be completed within five weeks of the ' application's effective date. I g. Submit three sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to June 21, 1993 (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550). 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) The current use has changed the occupancy from a B-2 occupancy (Warehouse) to an A-2.1 occupancy (Assembly) (UBC Section 502). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled access requirements. (2) Provide additional restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (CCR, Title 24). (3) The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by the Uniform Building Code for an A-2.1 occupancy. The building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system. In lieu of sprinklers,the French Camp Fire District and the Building Inspection Division may approve an alternative that meets applicable Uniform Building and Fire Codes. (4) Provide an exit system that meets the requirements for an A-2.1 occupancy. (5) Provide a commercial hood in the kitchen that complies with all Uniform Mechanical and Fire Codes. (6) Exterior walls less than 10 feet from a property line shall be constructed of two- hour fire resistive material.
