The required Ordinance repair for the existing commercial septic system upon failure shall <br /> be the following: r <br /> (1) 2000-gallon septic tank installed in series with existing tank. <br /> (2) 550 feet of leach line or equivalent system. <br /> ' The repaired septic system shall maintain a minimum 100-foot separation from the <br /> f _ existing well, possibly requiring the relocation of the well. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> R 2887, Section 5-2400, within five weeks of the application's effective date. <br /> " d. A yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 1862, Section 5-4100. The application shall be submitted within five weeks of the <br /> ' application's effective date. <br /> e. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. The well must meet <br /> the following minimum standards within five weeks of the application's effective date: <br /> ' (1) Water quality shall be tested to meet Title 2Z CCR, Safe Drinking Water Act <br /> requirements. <br /> (2) Water quantity shall be tested to show an adequate source. <br /> f. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100). Raise the well casing <br /> 12 inches above ground level. The repair shall be completed within fire weeks of the <br /> application's effective date. ' <br /> g. Submit three sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review'and approval prior to June 21, 1993 (California Health and Safety Code, <br /> Section 27550). <br /> t <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> r <br /> F a The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> 'will be applicable and.shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The current use has changed the occupancy from a B-2 occupancy (Warehouse) <br /> { to an A-2.1 occupancy (Assembly) (UBC Section 502). The structure must be <br /> brought into compliance with all current code provisions including structural, <br /> plumbing, mechanical, electric a[, energy, and disabled access requirements. <br />
