Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance <br /> (C.C.R., Title 24).(2 parking spaces are required for every 1,000 square feet of building area and <br /> .5 parking spaces are required for each employee)(Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> f. ACCESS: Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated <br /> as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Bozzano Road, shall be installed between parking areas and adjacent public streets. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%) of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. A minimum of <br /> four(4)trees shall be planted for Phase One, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> (4) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Unless otherwise specified, all storage materials and related activities, including storage areas <br /> for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of- <br /> way. Said screening shall be six (6)to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred <br /> (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet <br /> above the adjacent screen.
