The adjoining land is <br /> relatively flat. <br /> 1.1.2 Proposed Development <br /> We understand the site is proposed to be developed with a 4,875 square foot commercial building <br /> on the southern portion of the site,with compacted base rock driveway and asphalt paved parking <br /> spaces. <br /> 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A detailed vicinity map is included in Appendix A(Plate 1). <br /> 1.1.4 Site Map (� <br /> A detailed site map is included in Appendix A(Plate 2). / <br /> 1.2 Present and Past Uses of the Site l �' <br /> 1.2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> Terracon reviewed four historical aerial photographs dated 1937, 1952, 1963, and 1975 provided <br /> by the San Joaquin County Surveyors Office and GoogleEarthTm aerial photographs dated 1993, <br /> 2004 and 2012 to establish a history for the site. Based on a review of the photographs, the site <br /> appears to have been developed with agricultural and/or vacant land on the southern portion of <br /> the site with trees and possible structures on the northern portion of the site from the 1930s CZ l� <br /> through the 1970s. A residential structure is apparent on the northern portion of the site in the <br /> 1990s and was removed by 2004. The land appeared primarily vacant with the exception of the <br /> existing shop building and an apparent trailer through 2012. <br /> 1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> 1.3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> According to site owner Mr. Larry Woods, an existing septic system associated with a former <br /> residence remains in place on the site. Terracon spoke with Mr. Steven Shih of the EHD, who <br /> indicated there were no septic removal records found for the site address. Based on interviews <br /> with the site owner and EHD, Terracon assumes an existing septic system remains in place on <br /> the site. <br /> 1.3.2 Site Specific Permit History <br /> The following permits for the site were provided by the EHD.
