Item No. 1 I <br /> PC: 11-5-92 <br /> SU-91-15 <br /> Page 10 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be compiled with prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map. r <br /> This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been compiled with and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's <br /> Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number of other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The approval of Major Subdivision Application No. SU-91-15 shall be contingent upon <br /> approval by the Board of Supervisors of Zone Reclassification Application No. ZR-92-13. <br /> The effective date of the Major Subdivision application shall be 30 days after approval of <br /> the Zone Reclassification application. <br /> b. The minimum lot size for Lots 1 through 210 shall be 8,000 square feet. (Section 9-5253 <br /> of the Planning Title) <br /> C. The minimum lot width for Lots 1 through 210 shall be 65 feet. (Section 9-5254 of the <br /> ,. Planning Title) <br /> d. The minimum dimensions for corner lots located within Lots 1 through 210 shall be 65 <br /> feet by 65 feet. (Section 9-3226.5 of the Planning Title) <br /> e. The following measures shall be taken to preserve the site's native oak trees: <br /> (1) At least 80 percent of the native oak trees on the northern portion of the site shall <br /> be preserved and maintained. <br /> (2) - Each native oak tree that is removed during construction shall be replaced by <br /> three native oak saplings planted at a site accepted by the Community <br /> Development Department. The species of oak sapling to be planted shall be <br /> i suitable for the climate and soil type at the replacement site. <br /> (3) Each heritage oak tree that is removed during construction shall be replaced by <br /> five native oak saplings planted at a site accepted by the Community <br /> 1 Development Department. The species of oak sapling to be planted shall be <br /> suitable for the climate and soil type at the replacement site. Each historical tree <br /> that is removed during construction shall be replaced by five saplings of the <br /> same species and variety as the historical tree.
