WASTEWATER <br /> E.1. -Potential Si nificant Impact: Increased demand for wastewatertreatment and collection facilities. <br /> Finding: <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effects as identified in the Final EIR. These <br /> mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact: <br /> This impact will be reduced by the following: <br /> • A%vill serve'letter was submitted with the Major Subdivision application which states that <br /> the Lockeford Community Services District is willing and able to provide public sewer <br /> service for this project. <br /> • The developer will make necessary improvements to the wastewater system to ensure <br /> that sewage disposal for this development is adequately provided for. <br /> F. STORM DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL <br /> F.1. Potentially Significant Impact Increased runoff due to the construction of impermeable surfaces. <br /> Finding: <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effects as identified in the Final EIR.
