+ r' <br /> n� <br /> Two Specific Road Plans have been adopted for Sharon Drive by the Board of Supervisors to provide for <br /> the collection of local traffic in Lockeford and for the movement of that traffic between Tully Road and Jack <br /> Tone Road. Because the design of the subdivision provides for through-access between Tully Road and <br /> Jack Tone Road, the intent of the Specific Road Plan is met. Staff, therefore, has prepared a Resolution <br /> to repeal the Sharon Drive Specific Road Plan (see Attachment C). The alternate means of access <br /> between Tully Road and Jack Tone Road is provided by Sparrow Hawk Drive,through the Tessie Estates <br /> subdivision to the east and this subdivision, and the extension of Lambert Way,through the Diamond Bar <br /> subdivision. If the Specific Road Plan is repealed by the Board of Supervisors, Sharon Drive will remain <br /> stubbed at its present location in the Lockeford Estates subdivision, located northeast of the proposed <br /> subdivision (see Attachment E). <br /> The Planning Commission conducted a hearing for the Resolution to Repeal the Specific Road Plan for <br /> Sharon Drive at its meeting of November 5, 1992. At the public hearing, Luis Arismendi spoke in favor <br /> of the proposal and no one spoke in opposition to the proposed resolution. A petition signed by <br /> residents of Sharon Drive stating their support for the repeal of the Specific Road Plan was presented to <br /> the Planning Commission by the developer.
