AVOID OR REDUCE LOSS OF BLUE OAK WOODLAND: The operator shall exclude.�from the area to be excavated the 9 acres of blue oak woodlands shown on the Biological Resources Map contained in the Final EIR. This shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. A minimum 10 1ifoot-wide buffer shall also be established outside the dripline of blue oaks in the oak woodland during excavation in that area.
