Permits pertaining to the system were reviewed at the EHD offices on August 24, 2009. The original water well was replaced in 1986, but there is no evidence that it has required repair since then. [ti 3.2 Septic Systems in the Area There appear to be three septic sewage systems operated by St. Patrick's F� excluding the subject parcel. In addition, an attempt was made to count the number of rural residences from a review of a 2008 air photo of the area. The assumption was made that one septic system is associated with each residence. F" Using this method, we concluded that at least 4 systems lie within the 1/4-mile circle surrounding the site and at least 27 systems are within the 1-mile circle r. surrounding the Property-(see topographic map in Appendix A, and air photo in Appendix B). A search was made for sites on Carrolton between Ayer/Louise Avenue and Highway 120.
