Development Committee -2-
SU-94-3
The strict application of the regulation deprives the
property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in
the vicinity.
other properties in the vicinity with 15 or more acres
may apply for a Major Subdivision application to create
at least seven lots.
(d) The granting of the Deviation is consistent with the
goals, policies, standards and maps of the General Plan
and any applicable specific plans.
This finding can be made because the Rural Residential
General Plan Designation provides for lots of 1 to S
acres in size. The General Plan requirement for public
water for lots smaller than two acres is satisfied
because the proposed lots are greater than two gross
acres in size.
II Conditions of Approval for Major Subdivision No. SU-94-03 :
Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and
ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to recording
the Final Map.
This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of
approval unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been
complied with, and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and
accepted by the Surveyor' s Division.
Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory
Requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance
requirements cannot be modified.
1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT:
a.
